Q.
I had c-section and my post partum bleeding last for 30 days again after a week I started bleeding i thought it would be a period which is of 7 days...again after 2 days there is a spotting which was on and off...and now after 15 days again i started bleeding...is the matter of concern??

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician2 years agoA. You should once consult your gynaecologist about it and continue taking your calcium and iron suppl atleast for 3 months after delivery take good rest gave iron rich foods and calcium rich foods as well
