if not, then you should begin to exercise only after 6 weeks of resting period and upon consulting your doctor.

RashmiMom of a 11 yr 5 m old girl2 years agoA. Maybe this pain is because of your internal stitches because it takes a lot of time for them to pee so I would suggest you to check with your gynaecologist and go for what they suggest on this
