Q.
I had c section 3 months before. I am having lower back pain past 2days. why is it paining there? Do I need to consult the doctor?I climbed steps many times.Is it due to that?

If there is back pain you have to maintain a proper posture take a healthy diet and also do some regular exercise specially back extension exercises to strengthen muscles also you can take calcium and ironn supplements suggested by your doctor if still you are having weakness and other symptoms it needs a proper assessment

This mostly happens due to the epidural that you take during your C-section surgery which is why this is completely normal and common to happen and sometimes when you often climb stairs also this can happen but he has to be on the safer side you should definitely consult your doctor onesWrite Your Answer Here
