i had c section 3.5 months back and I didn't tie up my tummy with belt or cloth. my tummy still looks like I am 5-6 months pregnant. so does using the belt now will help in reducing my tummy? means should I get the belt or after few months it will automatically completely go flat as earlier?

A. You only put a dupatta belt so that your tummy does not become saggy it is not going to help you in reducing down your extra tummy that usually is after any kind of a delivery later with a proper workout and diet only you can place it back as it was previously but belt does not help for that
