Q.

I had c section 2 n a half month back .. can I climb stairs .. mine is a duplex home .. how many steps can I climb in a day ?

A. hi dear mom..yes you can climb just once or twice...but very slowly..no need to be fast..run or bend....post 40 days of surgery . you can lead normal life..without exerting yourself
