Q.

i had c sec two months ago, today i noticed my stitches are red and slightly swelled.no itching no pus.light abdominal pain if i press.im applying the "T bact ointment" given by my dr. right now it's not possible for me to visit dr cause i had treatment for piles. can experts here help me,what should i do to heal stitches completely.

A. in case of C-section your internal sutures may take six to eight months to heal properly.. please take proper rest.. eat healthy diet and stay hydrated. take care of your Health and try to visit your doctor or you can connect here through first cry docconnect app

A. hello there ma'am most of the cases stitches are get ok upto two months and also maintain proper hygiene and also clean it with warm water twice a day at least and use tbact cream . and if there is pain nd pus then evaluate once with doctor. take care
