Your Gynecologist will give you the proper guidance regarding this after doing a proper examination and then only some needful advice can fbe given regarding this . so please consult your doctor once.g Ine general you should take a healthy diet for yourself with plenty of liquids and also get a routine check up done

If you are reading pain then you should get a check with the gynaecologist once because the pain should not actually happen after three months after C-section delivery but if you feeling any kind of thing it’s important to get a personal assessment done with the doctorWrite Your Answer Here
