Q.
It has been 7 months since my delivery. It was a c-sec. But still my scars have not dried. the cut portion is still swelled up and light reddish, but there is no pain. Is there anything to worry????

ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist3 years agoA. then you need treatment. Then you can eat more of fruit n vegetables and take lots of water n try to workoutyou can eat all you want thats home made and fresh and cooked. get dal, roti, rice, fruits and salads.

Hi mommy m Consult with your doctor in person for proepr physical examination and treatment Do abdominal stretching exercise and go for walking every day atleast 15-20 minutes stay hydrated avoid junk food and bakery products like maida bread avoid stress stay happy m Maintain hygiene Wash hands often before touching baby
