i had been gone for c section in Nov 2020 is it safe to take covid vaccine..after taking vaccine is it safe to continue breastfeeding

I too had my baby by c section in sept 2020 and I took covishield vaccine and I am perfectly fine till now and so is my baby.I just had minor side effects for a day and then all is good.So I would suggest to take the vaccine without any hesitation based on my personal experience.
