Q.
I had a caesarean (second baby)delivery on 30 th Jan..after 4 days I discharged from hospital..now I have abdominal pain on right lowerside..whenever I sit or lying on right side feel more pain. Is there anything to worry doctor?

Maintain hygiene
Maintain hydration
Do some light exercise yoga regularly
Maintain hygiene Stay hydrated
Give ultra D3 drops and calcium supplements
