Q.

#Mamaxpert after 7 months of c section i had my periods on dec 27, then on jan 30 and till now no periods. lower back muscles pain, right abdominal pain and white discharge also there. please suggest what to do.

A. it happens due to hormonal fluctuations. use effective contraceptive methods. irregular periods can happen till one year. take iron calcium and multivitamins supplements regularly and vitamin d weekly for three months

Hello ma’am to know about it you need to take a pregnancy test because you know you have to be more sure about as to what is the situation if the test is negative then you should be consulting your gynaecologist as you know it could be due to hormonal in balance and if you are pregnant and you know the reason
