I had a c section, when internal stitches will heal and what kind of food we should take and avoid now. my baby is 1 month old.

A. Internal stitches take about 6 to 8 months to heal on a general level and over the progressing time of your age it is going to heal slowly because they cut seven layers when you deliver a child by C-section so it is going to take a lot of time and eat healthy and clean food avoid having much spicy or junk food in your diet
