I had a c section on June 25, could you please send me a food chart ? I would like something that is good for me and makes breastfeeding the baby easier....

NikithaMom of a 11 yr 7 m old boy3 weeks agoA. hello make sure to have lots of green leafy veggies which is good for u n baby avoid spicy n gassy causing food in the diet n have easily digested soft diet would be good
