you can start taking fruits and veggies from the day one after C-section. Have a healthy fibre and calcium rich food. You can take all home-made food. Just avoid foods which are allergic to you. Take easy digestible food. Instead of going for three big meals you can go for five meals in smaller quantities. Do not keep yourself hunger whenever you feel hungry.eat fruit or take something which is home-made. Take adequate liquid and keep yourself hydrated. Walk slowly around the house to keep yourself fit.Expose yourself to sunlight for about 20 to 30 minutes in a day. Take adequate rest.Write Your Answer Here
