Q.
I had a C- Section delivery on 13th May. After 40 days till now I didn't had my periods. This is my second child. My elder son is 5yrs. old he was also delivered by C- Section. Is it normal and nothing to worry about? As my mother said it happens, there's nothing to worry. Please reply.

ExpertDr Laxmi Chavan-SawantAyurvedic Gynaecologist 4 years agoA. Periods after delivery may occur anytime in between one year and may remain irregular for a few months no medication is needed for that you just need to maintain good nutrition along with adequate water
