I had a c section delivery and family planning operation on June 24 2024 how many months should I avoid wife and husband relationship pls how to take care

ExpertDr Laxmi Chavan-SawantAyurvedic Gynaecologist 1 Year agoA. While there is no standard amount of time a woman should wait before returning to regular sexual activities following their delivery. Should have gap of at least 3 months so as to avoid complications . tc till then.

You need to wait for at least 8 to 10 weeks and after that only if you’re comfortable you can proceed with that because whether it is a normal delivery or C-section delivery the body takes minimum time of 8 to 10 weeks weeks to get through this and after that you can go ahead with it
