I had a baby boy on 29/09/25 Today he is 16 days old , past 4 5 days he has small bumps all over his body legs, hands, face, but from 2 days he has them on his head which I’m panicking about

It is looking like some kind of an allergy infection so I think it will be a very good idea for you to consult your doctor physically once your doctor will be able to give you better guidance on the treatment because actually this is looking really weird and kind of a problem that’s there
