I got periods 1 month after my delivery. I heard that it might decrease breast milk supply. is it true. I'm worried and I want to give my baby breastfeeding for 1 year. what should I do to maintain my milk supply

A. no there this is not true at all even I got my periods on time after the delivery and by the god grace I had a good milk supply that I feed my baby for at least two years so just maintain your healthy and nutrition and diet otherwise there is nothing to worry about
