I got my period after 1 month of my delivery. I'm breastfeeding now. I'm heard that due to my periods my milk production might decrease. is it true kindly help me. I'm worried. what should I do maintain my mulk production. I want to give breastfeeding for my baby for 1 yr

Hi mommy It’s all normal and common Due to hormone changes Take healthy protein rich nutritious food take seasonal fruits and vegetables which is rich in all minerals and vitamins maintain hydration do abdominal stretching exercise and go for walking every day atleast 15-20 minutes stay hydrated avoid junk food and bakery products like maida bread avoid stress stay happy
