I got my period after 5 months postpartum I delivered c section my period flow is heavy

ExpertDr Laxmi Chavan-SawantAyurvedic Gynaecologist 2 years agoA. Heavy bleeding is never to be considered as normal and you should not take self medication you should 1st get proper examination done by your doctor and then take the medications iron supplement regularly

Sometimes these things can happen once you resume with your first period cycle after your delivery that’s very commonly seen with a lot of women so currently I would recommend recommend you to consult your gynaecologist she will help you with medicines to regulate the periods and the flow of the period
