i got my 2nd pregnancy very soon like my first baby was just 6 months old again I was pregnant can u please let me how to take gap between me and my husband like after periods how many days we should not meet

Hi mommy Consult with your doctor in person for proepr physical examination and treatment No need to worry Do abdominal stretching exercise and go for walking every day atleast 15-20 minutes stay hydrated avoid junk food and bakery products like maida bread avoid stress stay happy keep babys surrounding clean and dust free
