I got delivered on July 6th after delivery I have periods still now and it's been more than 2than months and before it was not much bleeding but last one I having little more bleeding what can I do for tis now mam??

Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all through the day while breastfeeding your baby. Good luck and take care.
