A. you will need hormone pill. best is to use a good contraception and wait fir weaning as after that it will get okThen you can eat more of fruit n vegetables and take lots of water n try to workout

A. it may be your menstrual cycle has started now once you can get checked by the gynaecologist regarding the same maintain hygiene take care keep your self well hydrated
