Q.

I give 100ml to 120ml water per day to my 8months 19days old baby boy. is it alright?

A. If the child is passing urination more than 6 times per day and the colour of urine urine is pale yellow to transparent then the child is drinking adequate amount of water either directly or indirectly through food and juices. but if it is less or it is concentrated urine then kindly give more water to the child as well as food rich in water as well as juice from fruits so you have to give water so that the child passes urine more than 6 times and it is not necessary that water should go in the water form and many times it can be mixed with food also

A. Yea it's OK. Include watery foods milk juices. you may give fruits like apple, banana, avocado chicko, pear, veggies like carrot Potato, beetroot, sweet potato brocoli, bottle gourd all these are healthy. Include a veggie and fruit in everyday diet.
