can I give gripe water to the baby?? his age is 19days.

It is not good for baby just give only breast milk.
Only breast milk is sufficient for your baby till first 6 month.
Burp properly after each feed.
avoid any self medication.

you must offer only breastfeeding.
there is no need of anything other than this
so please offer breastfeeding as per your child needs.
burp your baby well after each feeding
give massage to your child everyday
