Q.

I gave my child Oflo M Suspension 5ml as per doctors advise. As soon as I gave the medicine the child vomited and I could see the medicine in the vomit. I readministered the dose. Was it the right thing to do? Will it have any side effects?

A. Absolutely if the child warms the medicine within first half an hour of given the medicine then it’s mostly meant to be repeated because the medicine does not start working and if it is coming out in the vomit clearly that you have seen that it’s totally sensible to give the medicine again
