Q.

I gave birth a baby boy through c section on 29 Oct now my baby is feeding powder milk formula but doctor suggests for breast milk. I have very less brest milk is there any solution to increase milk?

A. Hello mom You should add more dairy products in your regular diet plan and start taking at least 2 to 4 cup of milk in a day. It will help in increasing breast milk. And the best alternative of mother’s milk is formula milk. Only. So yes you should definitely continue with formula milk and there is no need to give anything else to 6 months.
