Q.

I feel weakness in my body al the time.. plz suggest me diet plan which I should follow everyday n which doesn't increase weight too..

A. hello dear the main thing which is important here that you should be physically fit there should not be any health deficiency because if there is something like that then you need to do treatment first have support like Iron and Calcium by asking your doctor moreover you should add fats proteins in your diet have milk nuts egg chicken fish lentils soya
