Dear mom, during pregnancy its important eat foods rich in protein, iron , folic acid with other essential nutrients. hence to get all the nutrients eat a well balanced diet which include all the food groups like whole grain , pulses and dals, milk and milk products, seasonal fruits and vegetables, health nuts and oilseeds .
avoid processed and packaged foods.
drink enough water
stay physically active and happy.

Hello ma’am There is no diet plan to be followed in pregnancy there are just some fruits restricted like papaya and pineapple rest you can eat everything I am not heard of anything that is restricted to be eaten during pregnancy. Just eat healthy that’s most important thing avoid junk food apart from that if you’re just looking for a proper diet plan then you can consult a nutritionist or a dietician
