U Should have necessary supplements iron calcium multivitamin and also take proper rest and you should eat really good even though you’re feeding your time and that is it but you have to eat proper and since I cannot advise you to go for any kind of exercises start doing meditation what happens is when we delivered our life just rotate 360° everything to do so such messed up around us which is why this happens mentally we are exhausted we are stressed which is why this is happening so try to calm your mind down and after that continue with supplements and good food and over the period by 3 to 4 months you will start feeling better
