I feel dehydrated and extremely feel low with no energy..water tastes bitter to me hence I consume very less water .Can I have electral powder or ORS during pregnancy..I am expecting 2nd child and my 1st baby is 1.5 yr old... I am about to complete 2months

A. hello dear mom, yes, can have ors.. but still you need to consult with ur gynecologist to get evaluation done. have healthy diet and try to take sufficient fluids
