i didn't have sufficient mother milk any suggestions to increase mother milk?

RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl5 months agoA. Shatavari powder is a good supplement that u can use for yourself with the warm milk three times in the day which is what is going to be good for further you should also have plenty of proteins and fluids into your everyday diet
