Q.

I delivered on Nov 20 by caesarian..my bleeding stops after 15 days from delivery..today by 2 months post delivery I am bleeding mildly.. is this period or any other issue..I am breast feeding fully...bleeding is light red with mucous and some tissue...please tell me what it is

A. Hi Mom No need to worry It will correct soon Take a good care of your baby Maintain hygiene Maintain hydration Take healthy protein rich nutritious food Take adequate water Maintain hygiene Stay hydrated Massage regularly with coconut oil Give two liquid diet followed by BM or formula milk
