I delivered baby via c section on 3rd May. Shall I travel 300km this journey will be return journey with the gap of 1 day via car also when can I start driving two wheeler.

A. Do not lift heavy weights or bend down or sit down or have intercourse or do anything that will strain ur stitches before u complete six months. Though the external stitches could have healed, the internal stitches will take around six months to heal completely. Yes u can travel. But Try to wear maternity belt. This will help to keep the stitches intact. When u feel comfortable u can drive two wheeler. But if there are too many pits and bumps on the way it's better to avoid and use maternity belt.
