ExpertDr.Sabiha AnjumObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. It’s totally your call and comfort. You can feed in a sleeping position and feed or use breastfeeding pillow to breastfeed if you don’t wanna bend and put pressure on the stitches while sitting
