I consulted lactation for breastfeeding.. she taught cradle position.. like in one hand have to hold baby and another have to lift breast .. I following this now ..she also latched but how long I have to follow this position because this position very hard to me

A. I must tell you this thing if your child has learnt too latch try changing the position and see if that helps keep the child under the head and feed the child that way so that is more comfortable but if you are finding this one trouble some try that because once a child learns it’s easier for them to pick up in other positions also
