Q.

i commited a mistake... coz of frustration i smoke for very frist time...nd now m scared will my daughter get affected while i m giving her breastfeeding...the cigarette contain 0.7 mg nicotine and tar 0.5 mg.... please help me m feeling sooooo guilty

A. smoking is injurious. best always in kids to show a good pediatric. online can only guide, no harm but it can't match the precision of the duration n direct treatment that u can get always

A. Hello dear parent, we'll smoking only for the firsttime will not affect t bahy. However you should not over think too much which Would make you smoke. So better to stay away from.it as much as possible.
