i cant see d reply to my question is spotting or bleeding..i dont know what it is is ot ok in 7weeks pregnancy

better consult your gynaecologist for routine check up and do your ultrasound as soon as possible
avoid any kind of heavy work.
take folic acid regularly

One study from 2010 found that spotting is most commonly seen in the sixth and seventh weeks of pregnancy. Spotting wasn't always a sign of miscarriage or meant that something was wrong.
