Don’t have milk it’s okay see if you have a proper diet otherwise if you can have more of other calcium and proteins into other diet which is healthy it is not necessary to have dairy products only throughout your pregnancy a lot of people are lactose intolerance and they switch to other better option so if you want you can check with a nutritionist for a diet that you should follow yourself
