Q.

i can hear sounds of bone movement while my baby is playing or doing massage

A. Hello.its normal...no worries. just pick him up from underneath his armpits. Babies/toddlers joints are very loose because their continous growth, meaning to be able to grow and stretch they are loose where the cartilage is.
