i bought a 360 degree babyhug sipper cup. but I am not being able to use it. can anyone help me understand if I need to remove the silicone valve for using and then put it back on? otherwise the water isn't coming out.

I think you’re supposed to use that valve but the only thing is a child has to suck a little hard for it to come because if you do not use the valve ultimately the drink is going to spill which is why it is important to use so that’s how you can use otherwise you can check on the website or on any video YouTube to know how exactly do you need to use it
