Q.

i bleed for 12 weeks after my c section and then it stopped and i have started bleeding again after 1 week is it my period how do i know this time i bleeding more heavily with bright red colour

A. Heavy bleeding is never to be considered as normal and you should not take self medication you should 1st get proper examination done by your doctor and then take the medications

A. It would probably be due to hormonal imbalance one time you should consult a gynaecologist because if you had bleeding for such a long time that is generally not healthy for you you must have lost excessive blood it’s better to consult your gynaecologist please do not ignore
