i belly fat not burn after delivery what I do for that ?

A. You need to take high protein, high fiber and low carbohydrates diet. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside or junk food completely, take lots of water atleast 16 glass a day. equally physical exercise routine is important

A. burn belly fat after delivery.. start with some exercises or yoga or brisk walking.. restrict the sugar and sweet intake.. avoid oily and spicy foods.. continue with breastfeeding
