i ate pineapple 2 months 15 days after my c-section delivery. is it fine ? or can I have them afterwards too?

A. But who says that you cannot have these fruits and vegetables in your diet you can have whatever fruit you want to have you can have whatever vegetable you want to have till the time your doctors are not putting a particular restriction you can have whatever you like to there is no problem
