Q.
I applied himg water directly inside tge navel of my 4.5 month baby coz of his gas and burping issues..now i got to know it should be applied near the navel.. Now i am scared..is everything fine or not with it? I did this twice a day today..

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. do not do it further, Apply it around nevel in clockwise direction. Do not massage. Just apply and leave. don't rub. Do folding and cyclic exercises of legs to release gas.

It's ok as long as she's happy healthy and active
the hing roll from. Babyhug will help
take sunbathing daily with her head and ears covered in the morning after 10
mom should not use the food that causes gas
