I am31 week pregnant mam.. in my left and right side of stomach, some cramps occur which is unmanageable and makes me unable to move infact any side.. it's make feel painful.. plz help

You should talk to your gynaecologist if you’re having such tremendous and unbearable pain you should have visited your doctor already if you haven’t now please visit your doctor understand why this is happening because this is not looking healthy and according to whatever the situation is they can guide you the best on that
