i am very worried abouty my 16 month baby zainab she don't eat proper meal she became very weak day by day .every morning her face swelling since two weak

If You can see swelling on the face of the child and you will have to get a check with your doctor because without proper assessment we cannot know what is the reason and swelling suddenly is definitely not a good thing so consult your doctor and for diet plan also I would advise you to consult a nutrition expert one
