I am trying to conceive. Is it not safe to have sweet intake during this period. I usually intake sweet 2-3 times a day.

A. Hello mam, it’s fine as far as you maintain a limit to your intake the better though won’t have much effect on the situation but anything in excess is not good as the sweet or refined sugar intake has its hazards
