i am suffering from postpartum hair loss. is there any safe hair vitamin capsules available to consume during lactacting? my baby is 4 month old and exclusively on breastfeed.

Hair fall is because of hormonal changes in body after delivery. In such case you should add more iron and multivitamin supplements in your regular diet plan. Rather than this you should also start doing a massage with coconut oil and you can also apply aloe vera one hour before bath it will help in reducing hair fall
