Q.
I am suffering from diarrhoea. Will this lead to lesser milk production??? I am extremely worried as I am exclusively breast feeding my child. Please suggest any home remedies or over the counter medication that's safe while breastfeeding.

Hi Parent Take more probiotics like curd buttermilk lassi etc Don't take milk Don't use RO water as it's demineralized Use simply purified water having TDS higher than 350 Take sunbath daily (mild ) Keep your self hydrated take sporlac probiotics sachet (one or two daily ) if needed.
